Pieces of French origin from the 17th to the mid-20th century, offered by antique dealers in Spain. They include 18th and 19th-century furniture – commodes, Parisian corner cabinets with marble tops, Consulate-period armchairs, card tables – gilt-bronze candelabra and lamps in the Charles X, Pompeian and Napoleon III styles, bronzes after classical sculpture, Art Nouveau and Art Deco glass by Gallé, Schneider and Daum, oils and drawings by painters such as Maximilien Luce, René Seyssaud, Armand Guillaumin and Raoul Dufy, bird engravings, 18th-century maps and books printed in France. Each piece is listed by a dealer who sets the price and answers questions from the listing, which also shows an estimated shipping cost. Pieces more than a hundred years old need an export permit to leave Spain.
