By accessing and using the Antiga platform, you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Platform model

Antiga is a technological intermediation platform that connects antique sellers with buyers. Antiga does NOT own the products displayed, does not hold inventory, and does not directly participate in commercial transactions between buyers and sellers.

Seller obligations

The seller is solely responsible for: the truthfulness and accuracy of product information published, compliance with applicable tax and commercial legislation, issuing invoices where required, shipping and delivery of sold products, and handling buyer complaints. The seller commits not to list stolen, counterfeit products, or products that infringe third-party rights.

Buyer obligations

The buyer commits to using the platform in good faith, not making fraudulent offers, and completing agreed transactions. The buyer understands that antiques are unique objects and conditions may vary from descriptions.

Returns

Each seller chooses one of the four return policies available on Antiga, clearly indicated on every product page. Antiga does not manage returns and assumes no responsibility for compliance; any dispute or claim must be resolved directly between buyer and seller. Purchases by consumers in the European Union may be subject to the right of withdrawal under applicable law, the implementation of which falls to the seller. Limitation of Antiga's liability

Antiga is not responsible for: the actual condition of products, the accuracy of descriptions or images provided by sellers, shipping damages, breach of agreements between buyer and seller, or financial losses arising from transactions.

Fees and payments

Antiga may charge a commission on transactions carried out through the platform. Fee details will be communicated to sellers during the registration process. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe).

User accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Antiga reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Dispute resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved directly between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the parties may resort to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain, under Spanish law.

Modifications

Antiga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
