Purpose and nature of the service

Antiga is a digital intermediation platform that facilitates the buying and selling of antiques, art, and collectibles between professional sellers and buyers. Antiga is not a party to the transactions carried out through the platform.

At no time does Antiga acquire ownership of the products displayed, nor does it act as seller, depositary, or consignee of such products. Sales are formalised directly between the seller and the buyer.

Antiga may receive a commission for the technological intermediation services provided to sellers. Payments between parties are processed through authorised external payment service providers.

Intellectual and industrial property

All website content — including, but not limited to, text, graphic design, logos, icons, source code, and its navigation structure — is the property of Antiga or its respective legitimate owners and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.

Product photographs and descriptions are the property of the sellers who publish them. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of any content on this website without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Antiga acts exclusively as a technological intermediary. Accordingly, it is not responsible for:

Antiga reserves the right to remove or suspend any content or user account that it considers contrary to applicable law, good practice, or the interests of the platform.
