Each seller picks their own policy

Antiga does not impose a single returns policy. Each seller picks one of the four available options, and the policy applicable to each piece is clearly indicated on its product page.

The four options

1. 1. Devoluciones aceptadas durante 14 días

   El comprador puede devolver la pieza dentro de los catorce días posteriores a su recepción y recibir el reembolso del importe pagado.

2. 2. Cambios aceptados, sin reembolso en metálico

   El comprador puede cambiar la pieza por otra de la misma tienda dentro del plazo establecido por el vendedor, pero no se reembolsa el importe abonado.

3. 3. Devoluciones solo por defectos en la entrega

   El comprador puede devolver la pieza únicamente cuando ésta llegue dañada, no se ajuste a la descripción ofrecida o no haya sido entregada.

4. 4. No se aceptan devoluciones

   La compra es definitiva. La pieza no se devuelve ni se cambia salvo en los casos en los que la legislación aplicable lo exija.

Applicable legal framework

Regardless of the policy chosen by the seller, purchases by consumers in the European Union may be subject to the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Where it applies, the buyer may exercise their right to return within the corresponding legal period. The application of this right depends on the legislation of the buyer's country and the nature of the item purchased.

Antiga's role

Antiga is a platform that facilitates the transaction and communication between buyer and seller. It is not a party to the sales contract and is not responsible for compliance with the returns policy, which lies exclusively with the seller.

In case of disagreement, we recommend that the buyer contact the seller directly through the platform's messaging system. If no agreement is reached, both parties may turn to the competent consumer authorities in their jurisdiction.

General return conditions

Unless the seller indicates otherwise or applicable law sets out otherwise:

• Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, in their original packaging where possible.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of defect, damage or mismatch with the description.
• A refund, where applicable, will be issued once the seller has received the item.

Note on unique pieces

Many pieces available on Antiga are unique and of historic character. Variations inherent to age, use or the passage of time are not considered defects, but rather part of their value and authenticity.
