Antique Indian haveli doors

Noble doors and haveli gates from northern India, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. Havelis were the mansions of merchant families in Rajasthan and Gujarat, and their hardwood doors, carved and studded with iron or brass fittings, marked the main entrance and the passage to the inner courtyard. Several are offered with their original frame, so they can be installed as a working door, used as a headboard or hung as a wall piece. They are listed by antique dealers in Spain, who set the price and answer questions from each listing. Check the dimensions of the frame and the leaves carefully: these are large, heavy pieces, shipped by specialised transport, and an estimated shipping cost is shown on each listing.
