Portrait of a woman in profile with a hat, created by Pierre de Belay in 1934. The work is made with oil crayon on paper, mounted on cardboard. Signed and dated in the lower right corner. The back indicates the title and year. The work comes from the artist's estate and has been part of the collection of Roland and Denise Souëf. Pierre de Belay was a prominent portraitist who captured the essence of Parisian life in the 1920s.
