Original Thonet chair from the late 19th to early 20th century, made of bent wood using the steam bending technique developed by the company in the late 19th century. It features a solid bent beech structure with a backrest formed by a continuous double arch and turned front legs. Original seat made of woven rattan (cannage), a common system in Thonet production models.
Structure assembled using screws and traditional joints characteristic of the brand's mass production.
