Seller contract addendum: no commission

Madrid, 24 September 2026

1. From 24 September 2026, ANTIGA charges no commission on sales made through the Platform. The Standard Commission and the Founders Programme commission set out in Clause 6 of the seller contract are fixed at zero per cent (0%).
2. Accordingly, at Settlement ANTIGA transfers to the SELLER the full Sale Price of the Product, with no commission deducted. Payment processing costs are borne by ANTIGA.
3. All references in the contract to the Commission, its calculation or its withholding shall be read as referring to a commission of 0%. The rest of the contract is unchanged.
4. This change only improves the SELLER’s terms, so it applies from publication without a new acceptance. Should ANTIGA decide to charge a commission again in the future, it will give the notice set out in Clauses 6.6 and 18, and the SELLER may terminate the contract without penalty.
